Processing Time
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details shortly after placing your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order using the link provided.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $100.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Meraki University is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at univofmeraki@gmail.com. Address changes cannot be made after the order has shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at univofmeraki@gmail.com for assistance.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at univofmeraki@gmail.com with photos of the damage within 5 days of delivery.
We are not responsible for stolen packages, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
